In the PEO Model, we contractually enter into a co-employment
relationship bringing
your employees under our federal tax ID number to more efficiently
manage your Human Resources using a single, integrated platform
and suite of resources.
Under this relationship we assume
liability for your company's payroll and tax administration,
risk management, workers' compensation coverage and legal
compliance. Your company maintains control of its day-to-day
operations and responsibility for hiring and terminating employees.
